We’re excited to launch our new and improved online account which will make accessing our services 24/7 much easier!

Sign up today, to be able to:

 

  • Book and reschedule repairs appointments - Log a repair at any time, as we know that things don’t always go wrong during office hours. You can tell us at the click of a button, without having to wait for us to open in the morning (if it's an emergancy that can't wait, you can still get through on our usual out of hours number - 0800 652 0898). And if anything changes, you can rearrange your appointment too! Please note that this service is currently only available for customers that we have a repairs responsibility for, but we’re looking to enhance the service in the future.
  • Pay your rent - You can pay any time of day or night. And it’s simple, quick and easy to make a payment with your payment card. Payments will show on your account straight away, so you can check your balance immediately!
  • Check your account balance and view a breakdown of service charges - at the click of a button.
  • Set up, update and manage your Direct Debits – there’s no need to go into the bank, you can manage your payments from your sofa.
  • Update your personal and household details – ensure that your details are correct, without having to wait on the phone.
