If you’re a former First Wessex customer, you can report a repair or raise a query through your online account. If haven't already, register for an account.
Later this year, we’ll be making improvements to our online account service and rolling it out to all customers. Keep an eye out for more information.

We’ve recently launched a new phone number, so make a note of it – 0800 652 0898. We're open 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday.
You can also call 0800 652 0898 to report an emergency repair – someone will be there anytime, day or night.

Try our new British Sign Language Service
Our recently launched service, provided by SignVideo, allows you to contact us using British Sign Language via a live button on our website. When you click the button (which you’ll find under here, on our accessibility page), you’ll be connected to an interpreter from SignVideo who will interpret your call.
