Changes to your gas servicing

We’re changing the way we deliver your gas servicing to provide you with a more streamlined service.

 

We have a legal duty to carry out a yearly safety check on all gas boilers and heaters in your home to ensure that you and your family are safe. 

 

From April 2019, our own experienced and qualified VIVID repairs team will now be carrying out all your gas servicing. So, don’t be surprised to see a member of the VIVID Repairs team at your next appointment.

 

The changes will make sure you receive a consistent and efficient service.

 

If you need to report an emergency relating to your boiler and heating please call 0800 652 0898.

 

If you need to report a repair contact us on 0800 652 0898. or email customer@vividhomes.co.uk.

 

We’re also sending out a helpful sticker to put on your boiler, so you’ll have our contact details to hand when you need to report a repair or an emergency.  Don’t forget, if you have any questions relating to your service, please contact our Customer Experience team on 0800 652 0898 or email customer@vividhomes.co.uk
