The first new homes at the long-awaited North Stoneham Park development in Eastleigh have been reserved!

This significant development will provide around 1,100 homes to the area and create a thriving community with facilities including a school, shops and a sports hub. VIVID is delivering some of the homes in association with Highwood Homes.

Charters Estate Agents hosted an event last week for more than 100 prospective purchasers - and it was a great success! It was the first opportunity for registered house hunters to reserve a new home before the homes were released to the general public.

Help to Buy experts were on hand to offer help and advice on the scheme that can make it easier for people to afford a newly built home at the development while solicitors were also in attendance to answer questions about the legal process.
