Customer service on 23 November

On Friday 23 November, we’re having a staff training and development day. We believe that training is a key part of our development, and it helps to ensure that we continue to enhance the level of service you receive as our customers.


This means that on Friday 23 November, we’ll only be responding to emergencies. Our usual out of hours call centre, which is familiar with our business, will handle any emergency phone calls and our repairs team are on hand so any emergency action can be taken. 


If you have an emergency, please get in touch with our out of hours service using our usual phone number (0800 652 0898). If your query isn’t urgent, please send us an email, and we’ll get back to you, or phone us back next week. You can find our contact details here.


Our offices will be closed for the day and email and social media queries will be responded to as quickly as possible on return to the office. Our usual service and responses to enquiries will continue on Monday 26 November.
