Over the Christmas and New Year period, there’ll be some changes to our customer contact centre opening hours:

Friday 24 December - Our customer contact centre will close at 1pm. Our normal out of hours service is available for emergencies on 0800 652 0898.

Saturday 25 to Tuesday 28 December - Emergency out of hours service.

Wednesday 29 December to Friday 31 December - Customer contact centre open as usual. Our opening hours are: Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm.

Monday 3 January - Emergency out of hours service.

Tuesday 4 January - Customer contact centre open and usual services continue.
