We're loving Hungry Minds!

Customers with young children can now take advantage of free tips and activities to support youngsters’ development at home.

We’re backing a new Department of Education campaign encouraging customers with youngsters to adopt positive activities and behaviours to boost children’s communication, language and literacy development.

Any parent can access tips and activities via https://hungrylittleminds.campaign.gov.uk/ where they can also search for activities in their area using a postcode finder service.

The 3-year “Hungry Little Minds” campaign, launched with social media and online adverts this month, aims to help parents understand that they have a massive impact on their child’s learning. Reading, playing and chatting with them are simple things they can do to help them develop, even when they are too young to say much back.

Cleon Hutton, Partnership Manager at VIVID said: “We’re passionate about supporting the bright futures and the wellbeing of our 30,000 customers, many of whom have young children. We’ll be promoting Hungry Little Minds to them through our community services, social media and, where relevant, face to face.”
