Why has your website changed?

Although you may have only ever used one, for the last 12 months we’ve had three customer websites we carried over from the previous organisations when we became VIVID. We think it was important (for you and us) to bring them all together into just one place. It means we now have a modern and easy-to-use website. And for us, we can better manage what we’re doing online so we can give you up-to-date meaningful information and news. And that’s not it – we think there are plenty of other benefits which you can read about, below.

It's the first step of other improvements we’re making to our digital services. Later in the year, we’ll be doing lots more to improve the services you can access via your online account.


What's new about this website?

New look

The biggest thing you’ll notice is our brand new look. We think it absolutely represents how our website should feel when you visit us – up-to-date, fresh and modern. We hope you like it.

 

Better content

Whilst improving the look, we’ve also taken the chance to improve how our information reads. We’ve re-written it, and made things shorter and easier to understand whilst putting it into plain English – we think it’ll make things easier for both you and us. And we’ll be doing this with the information we have elsewhere, such as our letters and emails.

 

Easier access

The website structure has been simplified and (we think) easier to navigate. Research has gone into what we know you want to do and find. There’s also an easy-to-use search tool at the top of the site, just click on the magnifying glass. And how our website performs on a mobile or tablet has improved. We know nowadays most of you visit us that way and you’ve come to expect it to work really well (and we agree).


Why do you ask for my post code?

At the moment, we have lots of customers who all need slightly different information. So we need to make sure what we’re telling you is right. The good news is, you’ll only have to do it once per each device you use (and providing you allow cookies).


Where can I log into my account?

We’ve created a page called ‘My account’ where you can find everything you need in one place, including links to the online self-service areas you’ve been used to. There’s a link to it at the top of every page.  You can also find it under Home > Me and my home > My account.

 

How do I find my way around?

We think our website’s new structure will mean you’ll find everything you need easily enough. However, if you need it, there’s a great, easy-to-use search function that you can find by clicking on the magnifying glass in the top right corner.

 

Does it work on a mobile or tablet?

Yes, absolutely. Our website was designed with mobiles and tablets at the front of our mind. We think you’ll find it works well and a lot better than you’ve been used to before.

Could we make our website better?

If there's something missing, or if you can think of any way in which we could improve our website, just let us know. We might not be able to do it but if it works for us and is benefit to you, we'll do our best
