We’ve launched a new guidance group that will enable customers to share their views on our services and approach during the coronavirus pandemic

As we adapt our services to follow the latest government advice and ensure the safety of our customers and staff during the coronavirus pandemic, it’s important to us that our customers work with us to share their views and shape our approach.  

We’ve launched a new Customer Coronavirus Guidance Group, as we have had to postpone a range of other involvement opportunities due to the restrictions placed upon us due to coronavirus. This new group will enable customers to share their views on our services and approach, discuss our plans, and help us to decide the best way to communicate and deliver our services - all via a series of 'Working Together Live Events.’

What has the group reviewed so far?

The first Working Together Live Event focused on our customer communications during the pandemic, and following customer feedback, we’ve already made a series of improvements to our communications. This includes the introduction of text messaging to customers who don’t receive our emails, and only communicating when we have something to say, so our communications remain relevant and engaging.
