We currently run the residential leasing scheme for Portsmouth City Council, New Forest District Council and Havant, Gosport and Eastleigh Borough Councils.

The scheme aims to:

  • Bring empty homes back into use
  • Reduce the need for local authorities to use B&Bs to house people - which are expensive 
  • Improve the housing conditions of people in temporary housing.

Benefits of the scheme include:

  • Guaranteed rent from start of lease, from the point when the first customer moves in
  • Long term lease between 3-5 years
  • Regular property inspections
  • Cover against tenant damage
  • Buildings insurance included on freehold properties
