North Town

We’re demolishing 471 flats to make way for around 700 new homes, developed over six phases.  

Working with a range of partners and our residents group, we're making improvements and bringing out the best of North Town.

Phases one and two are complete; this included 243 homes.

We’re now constructing phases three and four, developing homes for rent, shared ownership and outright sale.
